The Ford Taurus has been my dear friend over the last eight years. Yes, we had a rough year in 2007, but nothing Henry's Repair shop couldn't restore. I am a little amazed every time when it comes to replace a car. I find myself feeling as though I am betraying a friendship or loyalty. In fact, I think the Taurus feels it too. I am nearly positive it sensed our days together were numbered. It has been on its best behavior. Not even a creek or odd hum. It is as if it is begging, "keep me and ditch the Honda." Ever since the radio/stereo stopped working a few years back I swear the car talks to me. I have learned each hum, squeal, and clank along with its corresponding translation. I am planning on pampering my car this weekend with a new oil change and a wash before you go to your new owner. Thank you Ford Taurus for your years of service. Good bye.
